Account Manager – Manufacturing Sector

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking an Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with manufacturing customers in the ICT/IT sector. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts, promoting Huawei solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new manufacturing accounts, presenting Huawei ICT solutions.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients, acting as the primary liaison.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven success in client management within the manufacturing domain.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Target‑oriented with strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of ICT solutions.
• Understanding of the informatics/telecom industry.
• Experience with direct sales activities and key account management.
