Account Manager (Fully Remote)

About the role

Accessiway, a European leader in digital accessibility founded in 2021, is looking for an Account Manager (also called Key Account Manager) based in Paris, working fully remotely. The role is the main point of contact for existing customers, helping them move toward digital inclusion while growing the value of current partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture lasting relationships with existing customers through proactive, empathetic support throughout their accessibility journey.
• Understand customers' evolving needs and strategic goals and turn them into upsell opportunities with tailored solutions.
• Analyse the performance of deployed solutions, gather customer feedback and recommend improvements based on data.
• Work closely with internal teams and use the CRM and sales tools to manage opportunities precisely.

Required profile

• Solid experience as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager, with proven results in managing, retaining and developing B2B customer portfolios.
• Strong results orientation, resilience, autonomy and good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and communication, able to build long-term trust with customers.
• Excellent French and good written and spoken English.
• Bonus: experience selling and managing B2B, SaaS or complex technology services; interest in digital ecosystems and in digital accessibility (WCAG).

Required skills

• Fluent use of a CRM and modern sales tools.
