Account Executive - Strategic Accounts (H/F)

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an Account Executive for strategic accounts in Puteaux. The role manages one or two top global accounts, including worldwide subsidiaries, and works in a hybrid setup with about two days per week in an HPE office. It is a senior position reporting to a director or above, with responsibility for a large multi-department area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage one or two top global accounts, understand the customer's IT and business objectives and drive profitable business performance across HPE business units
• Build and close deals, lead the deal team and manage a multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed team including partners
• Develop relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, and with the extended partner ecosystem
• Lead and grow direct reporting staff, and guide extended account team members
• Create and run an Account Business Plan, and manage account P&L where appropriate
• Position HPE's portfolio and solutions to the customer, including building business value frameworks and multiple sales motions
• Drive growth and profitability, maintain a strong pipeline and present technology choices that expand HPE's presence and margin in the account
• Engage with the customer's C-level and CTO/CIO, and keep up to date with IT trends and industry knowledge
