Account Executive - Strategic Accounts (H/F)

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an Account Executive for strategic accounts in Puteaux. The role is hybrid, with about two days per week spent in an HPE office. It covers one or two top global accounts, including worldwide subsidiaries, and drives profitability and growth for the account.

Key responsibilities

• Manage one or two top global accounts, understand the customer's IT and business objectives and implement HPE's strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, and engage the partner ecosystem
• Lead and develop the direct reporting team and guide extended account team members
• Create and run an Account Business Plan, and act as the customer's advocate inside HPE
• Drive growth and profitability across the portfolio, build a strong pipeline and lead deal closure, including complex, multi-disciplinary deals
• Position HPE solutions and technology choices for the customer, and leverage HPE programs and tools to improve performance
• Manage account P&L where appropriate, and build financial and business models for different sales motions
• Develop the partner landscape and JGTM strategy, working with Partner Business Managers and technology partners
• Engage with the customer's C-level and CTO/CIO, and contribute to the customer's innovation agenda
