Account Director

About the role

The partner company is seeking an Account Director based in France to lead strategic enterprise partnerships within a fast‑growing technology environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping organisations maximise the value of digital engagement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 7‑15 strategic enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Identify, negotiate and close expansion, upgrade and renewal opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop detailed account strategies through research, stakeholder mapping and business planning.
• Build strong relationships with executives, business leaders, procurement, IT and operational users.
• Coordinate implementations, integrations, workshops, webinars and other customer‑engagement activities with internal teams.
• Prepare strategic insights for executive‑level conversations and support long‑term partnership development.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales or consulting within B2B SaaS, technology or professional services.
• Track record managing large enterprise contracts (typically $200K‑$2M).
• Strong understanding of complex decision‑making processes and enterprise stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to build business cases, negotiate contracts and drive expansion.

Required skills

• Experience selling into demanding industries such as life sciences or financial services.
