WideBody Development Prevention Manager (M/F)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a WideBody Development Prevention Manager to join its Quality Department in Toulouse, France. You will work within the Widebody Program Development Team, driving quality‑prevention activities across A350 Freighter, A350 ULR and A330 programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute quality prevention activities and assessments (APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA) for new Widebody development programs.
• Apply the Widebody Quality Prevention strategy and provide regular milestone feedback to program management and central quality.
• Maintain the quality cockpit, monitor performance indicators and use data‑driven tools such as Skywise and Looker Studio.
• Track APQP performance, oversee prevention deployment and deliver progress reports across engineering, procurement and manufacturing interfaces.
• Act as the official prevention focal point, coordinating communication streams across the Widebody perimeter.

Required profile

• Background in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management, quality assurance or industrial risk management.
• Advanced proficiency in English and French.

Required skills

• APQP methodology.
• DFMEA and PFMEA analysis.
• Data analytics with Skywise.
• Business intelligence using Looker Studio.
