Store Manager - Hollister, Rouen

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is looking for a Store Manager for its Hollister store in Rouen (Docks 76). The manager leads the store, is responsible for staffing, training and retaining part-time and full-time staff, and is accountable for all store operations, including hours management, asset protection, sales floor and stockroom organisation, and brand presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales floor and stockroom operations and ensure excellent customer service
• Coach staff on product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales
• Ensure visual displays follow Brand and Corporate direction
• Recruit, hire and train management and non-management associates, and handle staffing, scheduling and payroll
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, stockroom and omni-channel operations
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions, protect store assets and oversee store maintenance
• Carry out opening and closing routines and operate register and point-of-sale systems

Required profile

• 2+ years of store management experience, or relevant supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and French (required)
• Ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills, with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail, self-motivation and a strong customer focus with knowledge of current fashion trends
