Enterprise Account Executive - Italian Speaking

About the role

BlackLine is hiring an Italian-speaking Enterprise Account Executive in Paris for a hybrid role within its GTM team. You will target new enterprise customers in Italy (organisations with revenues from USD 750M) and develop and expand relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a strategic territory plan to penetrate new enterprise accounts in Italy.
• Lead the full sales cycle for new business independently, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing clients, focusing on retention, deeper relationships and adoption of BlackLine solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, financial controllers and other C-level executives, articulating a clear return on investment.
• Build and lead virtual teams, coordinating Marketing, Business Development and Pre-Sales resources.
• Develop a predictable sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience selling enterprise software, ideally complex accounting or fintech solutions to large organisations; competitors' experience is valued.
• Candidates from non-traditional sales backgrounds such as consulting firms (accounting or audit) or qualified accountants are welcome.
• Track record of engaging C-level executives and communicating a compelling value proposition.
• Willingness to travel to meet prospects and clients as needed.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
