Senior Technical Product Manager, Electronics

About the role

L-Acoustics, a global leader in premium professional sound systems for live events, is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM) in its electronics product family, mainly covering networking and AV control systems. The TPM acts as product owner, evangelist and technical liaison between customers, internal teams and R&D, with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring products are technically sound and deliver real customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the product and feature roadmap from market needs and convey product vision and customer requirements to engineering
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and support internal teams, partners and key customers with training, onboarding, demos and release delivery
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch and end-of-life, working with the Product Marketing Manager, Electronics
• Conduct market research, customer feedback analysis and competitive benchmarking, and manage product roadmaps
• Work with R&D to assess technical constraints and architecture, and prioritize backlogs against customer needs and feasibility
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, manage dependencies and keep the product on track

Required profile

• Engineering degree (or strong technical background) in professional audio electronics, embedded systems, computer science, networking or related fields
• Proven experience managing complex technical products or features with autonomy and ownership
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization abilities, and ability to bridge business and technology
• Fluent English; French or German is a plus
