Senior Recruiter – France

About the role

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across France and provide secondary support for other European markets. You will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, design sourcing strategies, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment delivery for France and support additional European countries as needed.
• Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs, develop recruitment plans, and forecast demand.
• Drive sourcing through direct channels, talent mapping, networking, referrals and proactive candidate engagement while minimizing agency reliance.
• Analyse labour‑market trends, provide market intelligence and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner, facilitating interviews, assessing candidates, offering hiring recommendations and ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Provide regular updates, market insights and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and support compensation discussions with candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within France and broader European markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into recruitment strategies.
• Flexibility to adapt priorities to meet business and stakeholder timelines.
