Senior Purchasing Manager – Fasteners

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Senior Purchasing Manager for Fasteners to join its PMMB team in Toulouse. You will lead end‑to‑end procurement activities that directly impact aircraft costs, aftermarket revenue and overall EBIT contribution.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure contractual compliance and act as Key Account Manager for major suppliers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (programs, supply chain, engineering, customer services) on fastener items.
• Deliver MFT projects on time, within budget and quality targets.
• Drive cost‑improvement initiatives and support digital procurement data management.

Required profile

• Engineering or Business School background.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supplier relationship management, procurement or cross‑functional project management.
• Strong market analysis, contract negotiation and supplier risk management capabilities.
• Fluent English for international stakeholder interaction.
