Principal Business Operations Analyst I - Order-to-Cash

About the role

SBS is looking for an experienced Business Analyst focused on Order-to-Cash (O2C) to join its Finance Technology team. You will act as a business partner to Finance and business stakeholders, helping transform, standardize and continuously improve end-to-end O2C processes and supporting systems. The role spans commercial and contract information, billing, revenue, collections and treasury, across applications such as Salesforce, Workday Financials, Workday PSA, IonBiz, Sidetrade and Kyriba. It sits at the intersection of Business, Finance and IT.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a business partner for O2C: understand the business model and finance processes, challenge existing processes and recommend simplified, standardized and automated solutions.
• Analyze and design O2C processes: map current and target states, define ownership and hand-offs, and contribute to the O2C roadmap.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, data requirements and acceptance criteria, and validate solutions with IS architects and integration teams.
• Own the end-to-end O2C systems perspective, including the flow from Salesforce to IonBiz, Workday Financials, Sidetrade and Kyriba, and define functional requirements for integrations.
• Lead functional delivery of O2C initiatives, coordinate Finance, Business and IS, and follow initiatives from problem to implementation.
• Define test strategies, develop test cases, coordinate UAT, analyze defects and support change management, training and adoption.
• Monitor process effectiveness after implementation and propose continuous improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Finance Transformation Consultant, ERP Consultant or similar.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and experience in finance transformation, ERP, CRM or enterprise application projects.
• Proven experience bridging Business/Finance and IT, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

• Workday knowledge is a strong advantage but not required; experience on other ERP or enterprise platforms is also considered.
