Player Experience Intern

About the role

As a Player Experience Intern at Sorare, you will be the first point of contact for our global community of football and sports fans. You will work closely with the Player Experience team to resolve issues, investigate account concerns, and help ensure a positive experience for every player.

Key responsibilities

• Support players through the ticketing platform, providing thoughtful, accurate, and empathetic assistance.
• Investigate account‑related issues using internal tools and administrative systems.
• Help players resolve questions about gameplay, accounts, payments, trades, and platform features.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify bugs, recurring issues, and player pain points, and communicate them to relevant teams.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication skills in English and French.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (business, communication, or related field) with a 6‑month internship agreement.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt in a fast‑moving environment, and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Passion for football and sports with a good understanding of the game.
