Customer Care Manager (m/f/d) – Bordeaux

About the role

The Customer Care Manager will coordinate the daily rental operations at the Mérignac station, ensuring smooth handovers and returns of campervans. You will focus on delivering an excellent customer journey and support the Station Manager in staff planning and training.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily rental business and manage vehicle handovers and returns.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the rental process.
• Support the Station Manager with staff scheduling and agent training.
• Uphold quality standards in customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the on‑site team to ensure efficient operations.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship with 1–2 years experience in car rental, tourism or a related field.
• Strong service orientation and a friendly, open personality.
• Hands‑on attitude and good face‑to‑face communication skills.
• Resilient problem‑solver with strong organisational talent.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Valid class B driver’s licence.
