Frontend Engineer

About the role

Spiko is looking for a Frontend Engineer to own and shape the architecture of its customer‑facing web application and marketing landing page. You will work closely with designers and full‑stack engineers to deliver data‑rich, high‑performance user interfaces while setting the technical standards for the frontend team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture of the customer‑facing web app built with Next.js, React, Tailwind and Shadcn UI.
• Define and enforce frontend standards for code quality, accessibility, performance and testing.
• Build and ship complex, data‑rich UIs in close collaboration with the design team.
• Improve developer experience through tooling, CI/CD pipelines and AI‑assisted development workflows.
• Own the technical setup of the marketing landing page and enable the marketing team to iterate safely (≈25% of time).

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a frontend or full‑stack engineer with deep expertise in React and Next.js.
• Strong TypeScript fundamentals and a high bar for code quality, accessibility, and performance.
• Proven experience defining frontend architecture, standards and tooling in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong product and design sensibility; comfortable working in an English‑speaking environment.
• Curious, pragmatic and eager to learn.
