Digital Project Leader – CRM & Training Solutions

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Digital Project Leader to drive the finalisation of the TEEMS training management system and to lead future digital initiatives across its Salesforce portfolio. The role is based in Marignane, France and will work closely with marketing, sales and support teams as well as external integration partners.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate user acceptance testing, defect triage, change management and go‑live readiness for the TEEMS solution.
• Oversee early‑stage production support after launch, ensuring rapid incident resolution and platform stability.
• Lead subsequent Salesforce projects, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Manage external integrators and contractors to meet schedule, quality, budget and architectural standards.
• Maintain regular project status, risk mitigation plans and governance reporting for business owners and IT leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital IT projects in complex matrix organisations, preferably aerospace or industrial.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, CPQ, etc.).
• Proven ability to deliver testing phases, cut‑over plans and post‑launch support under Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience overseeing third‑party system integrators.
• Advanced fluency in English and strong stakeholder communication skills.
