Design Integration Process Business Analyst (Experienced)

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Digital Methods & Tools for Engineering team in Marignane. The role focuses on the Design Integration Process (DIP) and the integration of electrical data into the DMU and PLM environment, supporting the company’s digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize value delivery and ensure robust M&T solutions for the electrical design office.
• Align development stream objectives with Airbus Helicopters engineering strategy and DDMS capabilities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and impediments across projects.
• Define and monitor performance metrics, produce regular reports for business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CAD design, EWIS and PLM integration within Airbus Helicopters design office.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict‑management skills in multi‑functional teams.
• Ability to work in an agile environment (Scrum, SAFe) and manage stakeholder expectations.
