Business Segment Lead

About the role

Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance and is looking for a Business Segment Lead to drive market leadership in a defined French, Spanish, or Belgian segment. You will shape the vision, set priorities, and make strategic decisions based on deep market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market intelligence, combining quantitative sizing and qualitative customer pain‑point analysis.
• Define and refine the value proposition and pricing to differentiate Alan’s offering.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for renewal and expansion, including channel and partner management.
• Own the segment P&L, building business cases for resource allocation.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate market insights into product features.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Insurance, and other segment leads to share best practices and align long‑term value plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a business segment or product line with P&L responsibility.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize market data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑growing, distributed ownership environment.
