Account Executive – Small Business Sales

About the role

Join Alan’s Small Businesses team and help French companies with 10‑30 employees adopt a new standard in preventive health insurance. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, guiding prospects from first contact to signed contract while showcasing Alan’s integrated insurance, prevention, and care platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation and closing.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with decision‑makers in tech, consulting and business services firms.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to shape the offering based on market feedback.
• Contribute to internal sales methodology improvements and company‑wide growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing the entire sales cycle, with a strong focus on prospecting.
• Fluent French (C2 level) and advanced English.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up abilities.
• Empathetic, customer‑focused attitude and strong communication skills.
