Senior Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a senior professional to drive revenue operations across its fast‑growing sales organization in France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. You will lead high‑impact initiatives that improve sales efficiency, reduce customer acquisition cost and enable the company’s mission of making health care accessible and preventive.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end revenue‑operations projects: define roadmap, design solutions, build implementations and manage change.
• Work closely with Account Executives, BDRs, Account Management and Customer Success to identify process gaps and create smarter, automated workflows.
• Evaluate, test and roll out new low‑code and AI tools that boost sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Finance teams to align strategy and measure impact on key metrics.
• Maintain and enhance the modern tech stack, including Salesforce, SQL dashboards and AI‑powered automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations or a similar data‑driven role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication skills and a proactive, autonomous work style.
