Solving Leader Master – Quality Programme

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Solving Leader Master to join the Quality Programme in Toulouse, France. The role involves managing Quality Survey Reports, Safety Related Items and In‑Service Events, and leading complex problem‑solving to reduce non‑quality and improve aircraft safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Multi‑Functional Teams applying 9S/8D methods to contain and eradicate top irritants.
• Characterise problems, identify root causes and deploy corrective and preventive actions.
• Report progress, ensure data quality, escalate risks and participate in routine meetings.
• Qualify new Solving Leaders, act as internal trainer and promote the solving culture.
• Animate the Community of Practice, support peers and share experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in an industrial environment.
• Solid methodology and experience in complex problem‑solving.
• Technical expertise in an aeronautical domain is an asset.
• Ability to bridge organisations across international, complex environments.
• Fluent English.
