Front Desk Agent – Seychelles or Overseas

About the role

Club Med Resorts is looking for enthusiastic Front Desk Agents to welcome guests at its Seychelles location or other overseas resorts. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and memorable arrival and departure experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals and departures, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain the cash‑box, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Promote on‑site services such as stays, meals, and bed‑and‑breakfast packages.
• Provide information about resort activities, events, and local attractions.

Required profile

• Flexible and agile, able to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Attentive and meticulous, with a strong focus on detail.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Responsive and proactive in addressing guest needs.

Required skills

• Computer skills for reservation systems and point‑of‑sale tools.
