About the role
MyC is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive enterprise SaaS sales for its cloud‑native Electronic Health Record platform. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract signing, targeting multinational health‑risk management buyers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and close high‑ACV enterprise deals (average sales cycle 6‑9 months).
- Navigate complex procurement, legal, IT‑security and C‑suite processes to secure signed contracts.
- Leverage MyC’s AI‑driven lead‑gen engine to map stakeholders, trigger events and entry points.
- Apply the SPICED sales methodology rigorously throughout the pipeline.
- Maintain a €1M+ annual quota and consistently achieve OTE of €160K.
Required profile
- 8‑12 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with high‑ACV contracts.
- Proven track record of €1M+ annual quota attainment and €100K+ deal closures.
- Experience selling to Medical Directors, Chief People Officers, Global HSE Directors or similar senior buyers.
- Comfortable operating with limited internal support and building your own playbook.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SPICED, MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies.
