Head of Analytics – AI Trainer (Freelance, Remote, 8‑20 hrs/week)

About the role

10x Team is looking for a senior analytics leader to act as an AI Trainer. In this flexible, project‑based position you will guide AI models to produce high‑quality analytics outputs that reflect real‑world best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI‑generated analytics strategies, dashboards, reports, and insights.
• Assess the accuracy, relevance, and business value of AI‑driven analytics deliverables.
• Develop case studies and scenario variations across industries, data contexts, and business objectives.
• Identify gaps or inaccuracies in AI‑generated content and provide clear, structured feedback.
• Help AI models understand advanced analytics concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

Required profile

• Current senior leader (Head, Director or equivalent) in analytics or data science.
• Based in the EU or United Kingdom.
• Deep knowledge of analytics frameworks, data modeling, KPI development and data‑driven decision making.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and able to give constructive feedback.
• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable working asynchronously and remotely.
