Pre-sales Engineer – AI & Big Data Solutions

About the role

As a Pre‑sales Engineer at ChapsVision you will help prospects and customers understand how the ArgonOS platform and associated AI suite can address their most critical data challenges. Working closely with Sales Managers, you will guide organisations from discovery through technical validation, delivering tailored demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Gather technical and business requirements during discovery sessions and translate them into solution designs.
• Configure and customise ArgonOS, data pipelines, ontologies and UX/UI to match customer use cases.
• Deliver product demos, lead proof‑of‑concept cycles and produce technical documentation for RFP/RFI processes.
• Conduct technical workshops, Q&A sessions and act as a trusted advisor for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple opportunities across various sales stages and adapt presentations for diverse industry verticals.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex concepts to engineers, managers and C‑level executives.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to continuously learn emerging AI and big‑data technologies.
