Founding Operations Manager – Italy

About the role

Bonx is building the first no‑code, AI‑native ERP for industrial manufacturers. As the Founding Operations Manager for Italy, you will lead the end‑to‑end deployment of our platform, shaping the deployment culture from day one and driving rapid expansion across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full deployment cycle for industrial manufacturers, delivering ERP implementations in under six months.
• Design and implement the “deployment machine” – processes, tools, and best practices that enable scalable roll‑outs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure smooth hand‑offs and customer success.
• Build deep relationships with stakeholders while protecting project scope.
• Continuously improve deployment methodology based on feedback and metrics.

Required profile

• Native Italian speaker with professional English proficiency.
• 4–7 years of experience managing complex IT projects or hands‑on consulting, with a strong on‑site delivery record.
• Ambitious, driven, and comfortable working in an early‑stage startup environment.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills and the ability to say “no” when necessary.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with no‑code/AI tools such as n8n.
• Familiarity with LangChain or similar AI workflow frameworks.
