Account Manager – Home & Living (TikTok Shop)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join TikTok Shop’s Paris team, focusing on the Home & Living category. You will be responsible for onboarding strategic merchants and driving their growth within TikTok’s social commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard high‑potential Home & Living merchants across France.
• Develop and execute tailored growth plans covering product assortment, content creation, creator collaborations, pricing, logistics and promotional campaigns.
• Own revenue and GMV targets, using data analysis, experimentation and iteration to achieve results.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Creator and Policy teams to enhance merchant and user experiences.
• Monitor market trends and sub‑category performance to uncover new opportunities for partners.
• Lead internal projects that contribute to the broader TikTok Shop ecosystem, such as campaigns and product launches.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in business development, account management, social media marketing or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑facing orientation.
• Passion for social content formats, especially livestream and short‑form video.
• Deep knowledge of the Home & Living market and creator ecosystem in France (and ideally Europe, UK, US).
• Fluent in English and French.
