Account Manager – Electronics (TikTok Shop) – Paris

About the role

TikTok Shop is building a discovery commerce ecosystem in France and needs an ambitious Account Manager to onboard and grow strategic electronics merchants. Based in Paris, you will work at the heart of one of TikTok’s fastest‑growing businesses, helping partners unlock growth through content, creators and social commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Source, onboard and educate strategic electronics merchants, proposing business models and creator collaborations.
• Design and execute growth plans covering assortment, content, pricing, logistics and campaigns.
• Own revenue and GMV targets, driving performance through data analysis, experimentation and iteration.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, Creator and Policy teams to improve merchant and user experience.
• Analyse market trends and sub‑category performance to identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches and B2B marketing to strengthen the electronics ecosystem.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in Business Development, Account Management, Content Creation or Social Media Marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑service orientation.
• Deep understanding of the electronics market, trends and creator ecosystem in France and ideally Europe, UK and US.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Preferred: network of electronics partners and creators, knowledge of discovery commerce in China, SEA or US, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, fast learner, proactive and accountable.
