Yield Manager – Chains

About the role

The Yield Manager – Chains will optimise rates, availability and inventory for G2 Travel’s hotel chain partners. Working closely with Account Managers and Hotel Coordinators, you will drive revenue growth across Europe by securing exclusive rate plans and improving contract conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise contracts with assigned hotel chains, supporting new chain set‑up when required.
• Monitor hotels and chains to ensure rate plans, promotions and availability are live according to agreements.
• Negotiate exclusive rates, additional rate plans, deeper discounts and better conditions.
• Analyse pricing competitiveness and act on price comparisons.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to management and account teams.
• Identify properties that have opted out and work to bring them onboard.
• Organise workshops to educate partners on dynamic rate and inventory management.
• Produce regular performance reports on chain competitiveness, availability and pricing.
• Manage rate plan additions or deletions in collaboration with Account Managers.
• Maintain relationships through monthly/quarterly meetings and performance review calls.
• Explore marketing opportunities with chains and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and escalate issues related to rate plans or availability.
• Support the Global Head of Chains with analyses, reports and presentations.
• Represent G2 Travel at meetings and trade shows as needed.

Required profile

• Significant recent experience in hotel chain optimisation or yield management.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with hotel chain partners.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• European residency.
