Wholesale Manager – Middle East & APAC

About the role

ANINE BING is seeking a Wholesale Manager for the Middle East and APAC regions to join its EU Wholesale team in Paris. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, supporting global growth while staying true to the brand’s refined, fast‑moving DNA.

Key responsibilities

• Own the wholesale portfolio across ME and APAC markets, acting as brand ambassador with key accounts, department stores, multi‑brand retailers and online partners.
• Drive sell‑in during Paris showroom seasons: prepare, present and negotiate collections, budgets and payment terms with senior buyers.
• Prospect and open new accounts in line with the brand’s premium contemporary positioning.
• Steer agents, distributors and franchise partners through targets, action plans, brand standards and performance reviews.
• Manage forecasting, seasonal budgets, weekly sell‑in tracking, deliveries and payments in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance.
• Monitor sell‑through and stock levels, implement in‑season actions (swaps, reorders, exclusive capsules) and build reporting tools and market analyses.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of fashion wholesale experience, preferably with premium or advanced contemporary brands.
• Proven track record as Area Manager or Wholesale Manager on international markets with APAC exposure (Korea, Japan, Greater China, SE Asia, Australia).
• Hands‑on experience managing agents, distributors and franchise partners.
• Strong command of sell‑in/sell‑out analysis, OTB logic, forecasting and in‑season performance management.
• Fluent in English and French; Korean, Japanese or Mandarin a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with B2B and ERP platforms such as JOOR, NuOrder, Cegid Orli or equivalents.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using ERP/CRM tools for order and inventory management.
