VP FP&A – Finance Planning & Analysis Leader

About the role

Lead the global Financial Planning & Analysis function for a fast‑growing technology company operating fully remotely. Reporting to the CFO, you will shape financial strategy, support long‑term growth and provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, scenario planning and capital planning across international markets.
• Deliver detailed performance analysis, KPI reporting and business insights to the executive team.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leaders on strategic planning, investment decisions and M&A activities.
• Prepare executive reports, board presentations and financial updates for investors and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting, planning processes and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and develop a distributed FP&A team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of FP&A experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA, CPA or equivalent highly desirable.
• Proven track record in high‑growth global software, technology, fintech, SaaS or payments organisations.
• Experience in private‑equity‑backed companies and direct interaction with investors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive and board audiences.
