Vice President – Telecommunication, Media and Technology

About the role

AlixPartners is seeking a Vice President to lead its Telecommunication, Media and Technology (TMT) practice. You will work across the three sectors, advising large corporations, private equity firms and their portfolio companies on high‑stakes, time‑critical challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver actionable solutions to urgent business problems in fast‑moving environments.
• Collaborate directly with owners, board members and senior management on transformation initiatives.
• Lead large‑scale, enterprise‑wide programs covering performance improvement, growth and margin optimization.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence, post‑merger integration and carve‑outs.
• Drive AI, SaaS and cloud transformation projects.

Required profile

• 7–15 years of professional and consulting experience in the TMT sector.
• Proven experience in enterprise‑wide transformation, performance improvement, and value‑chain optimization.
• Strong background in M&A, due diligence, post‑merger integration and carve‑outs.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and deliver results under pressure.
