VC Analyst Internship – Venture Capital Analyst Role

About the role

Inovexus is looking for a motivated VC Analyst Intern to join its Paris team. You will work at the intersection of venture capital, technology, and AI‑enabled productivity, supporting the sourcing and evaluation of early‑stage B2B tech startups across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pre‑screen high‑potential B2B tech startups, conduct founder calls and manage the deal flow from start to finish.
• Analyze pitch decks, market data and startup applications to produce insights for investment decisions.
• Assist in commercial and technical due diligence, including market analysis, competitive mapping, business model review and product deep‑dives.
• Develop and improve automation tools for sourcing, data enrichment, CRM updates, reporting and alerts using AI, APIs and no‑code/low‑code platforms.
• Monitor ecosystem trends, events and conferences to uncover new deal‑flow opportunities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or graduating from a degree program in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a keen interest in venture capital and technology.
• Fluent English; French is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration workflows.
• Knowledge of no‑code/low‑code development environments.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems for data tracking.
