Transfer Pricing Analyst

About the role

The European Transfer Pricing Analyst ensures compliance and provides operational support for intercompany transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting to the Head of Group Tax, you will work closely with Corporate Controlling, Legal and European subsidiaries to secure the tax and legal aspects of cross‑border billing.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and maintain European Local Files, Master Files, Intercompany Agreements and supporting analysis to guarantee alignment with local tax laws.
• Gather and organise benefit‑test evidence proving the commercial utility of services provided to subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with corporate controllers to allocate central support costs (IT, HR, Finance, Procurement) using financial systems.
• Collect and review benchmarking analysis to ensure intercompany invoices match the group’s transfer pricing policy.
• Support strategic projects, new transactions and operational changes from a transfer pricing perspective.
• Review intercompany legal agreements and intragroup loan contracts for tax compliance.
• Assist in preparing responses to tax audit information requests and maintain clear audit trails.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the transfer pricing function.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in transfer pricing (corporate tax team or consulting) or corporate controlling with strong European tax background.
• Professional proficiency in English, especially for reading and analysing legal contracts and loan agreements.
• Proficiency with ERP and consolidation tools (experience with SageX3 and OneStream is a plus).
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for cost modelling.
• Solid understanding of management accounting, cost allocation mechanisms and OECD guidelines.
• Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced multicultural European environment.
