Telephone Operator (H/F) – Winter 26/27

About the role

Four Seasons Megève is looking for a telephone operator for its winter season (26/27). You will play a central role in managing the hotel's communications and supporting guests before, during and after their stay, acting as the first point of contact for many clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all spa and restaurant reservation requests.
• Answer incoming and outgoing calls professionally, courteously and promptly.
• Treat and follow up on guest requests received by phone, email or the Chat Four Seasons.
• Route requests to the right contacts and ensure they are handled properly.
• Work closely with Reservations, Reception, Concierge and all hotel departments.
• Help with administrative tasks related to Reservations and Reception.
• Update guest profiles and keep information accurate in hotel systems.
• Apply Four Seasons, LQA and Forbes standards and protect guest confidentiality.

Required profile

• French and English required; a third language is an advantage.
• Experience with a high-end or international clientele.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service sense and telephone and written communication.
• Ability to handle several requests at once and adapt to busy periods.
• Punctual, motivated, discreet and team-oriented.

Required skills

• Good command of office tools.
• Knowledge of the Opera hotel software is appreciated.
