Concierge Intern – Winter 2026/27

About the role

Four Seasons Megeve is recruiting a Concierge Intern for the winter 2026/27 season. The intern assists experienced concierges in creating unique guest experiences, acts as an ambassador for the hotel and the destination of Megève, and learns the fundamentals of concierge services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all guest requests following Four Seasons standards of service, with professionalism and attention to detail
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, hours, personnel, events, directions and more
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, packages and special guest deliveries
• Record special requests in internal systems and databases and follow up on them
• Provide occasional support to the Front Desk team
• Maintain detailed knowledge of local points of interest, activities, restaurants and slopes
• Communicate guest complaints and preferences to management and departments
• Work harmoniously with colleagues and adapt to periods of high activity

Required profile

• Student in hospitality, tourism or a related field
• Excellent grooming, impeccable sense of service and passion for the guest experience
• Strong interpersonal skills: patience, tact, empathy and diplomacy
• Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm, organised and detail-oriented
• Team spirit, integrity, discretion and a strong sense of priorities
• Curiosity about the culture, history, gastronomy and activities of Megève and its region
• Valid French/European work authorisation; the position is not eligible for work sponsorship or visa

Required skills

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking of French and English
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
