Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a dynamic technology environment in France. In this role you will act as the central hub connecting engineering teams, product stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring complex technical projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of platform initiatives, integrations, and partner onboarding projects.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables.
• Drive daily progress by removing blockers, facilitating decisions, and keeping momentum across multiple workstreams.
• Organise cross‑functional meetings to review status, address challenges, and align teams with project objectives.
• Serve as the primary communication point between engineering, product, business teams, and external partners, providing clear updates to senior leadership.
• Establish and enforce project governance, documentation, change control, and accountability.
• Translate business requirements into structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Identify and implement improvements to project management processes, tools, and ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Lead in a software development or technology setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end technical projects with multiple teams and complex dependencies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Excellent organization, prioritisation, and time‑management capabilities, handling several projects simultaneously.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Confident facilitator and influencer, capable of aligning distributed teams in ambiguous situations.
• Detail‑oriented with strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
