Team Manager – Luxury Retail (Paris)

About the role

As a Team Manager for Miu Miu in Paris, you will lead a boutique team to exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach a team of sales advisors to achieve and surpass KPI targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews in partnership with the Store Manager/Director.
• Develop and implement client‑centric training on storytelling, product knowledge, and the client journey.
• Participate in talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Manage the sales floor to maximize business opportunities and ensure a visible, supportive presence.
• Drive CRM and clienteling initiatives, including data collection, outreach, private appointments, and post‑sale service.
• Identify and engage new prospects to expand the store’s client base.
