Team Manager – Luxury Retail (Paris)

About the role

As a Team Manager for a leading luxury brand in Paris, you will lead a boutique team to exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach a team of sales advisors to achieve and surpass KPI targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with the Store Manager/Director and create actionable development plans.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing development in partnership with Retail Trainers.
• Manage the sales floor to maximize business opportunities and maintain a visible presence.
• Drive client‑centric initiatives, including CRM, clienteling, private appointments, and after‑sales service.
• Identify and engage new prospects to expand the store’s client base.

• Proven leadership experience in luxury or high‑end retail.
