Tax Law Internship – 2nd Semester 2027

About the role
This 6‑month internship (July‑December 2027) is within the Tax Law department of Norton Rose Fulbright Paris, supporting major industrial groups and investment funds on strategic transactions and innovative tax structures.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on French and international tax matters.
- Draft legal opinions, contracts and memoranda in French and English.
- Assist in tax audits, due‑diligence reviews and litigation support.
- Support lawyers and partners in daily case management.
Required profile
- Law student or Master 2 candidate specialized in tax law.
- Strong legal knowledge, optionally complemented by a double degree (business school, IEP, Anglo‑Saxon university).
- Fluent English is mandatory.
Required skills
- Legal research.
- Drafting contracts and legal documents in French and English.
