Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Aerospacelab, a vertically integrated small satellite manufacturer and earth observation services developer, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in its Toulouse office. The role focuses on recruitment for the French entity, with support on international hiring, and covers a wide range of profiles from production operators to engineers, sales, support functions and C-level executives. It works closely with the HRBP France and the Belgian HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for France and Switzerland (and Belgium when needed), from proactive sourcing and interviews to selection, offers and onboarding, in collaboration with the HRBP France and other recruiters.
• Source candidates actively (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, direct approach) and build international talent pipelines for hard-to-fill profiles.
• Work with recruitment agencies and headhunters: brief them, steer them and evaluate their performance.
• Navigate the contractual and legal frameworks of each country, including French labour law and statuses such as impatriates, VIE and work-study / alternance.
• Carry out administrative follow-up (KPIs, recruitment plan, ATS updates).
• Organize recruiting events with the HR and Communication teams (job fairs, conferences, university and school events).
• Take part in onboarding new joiners and support hiring managers with job descriptions.
• Support the HRBP France on day-to-day HR topics (HR tickets, payroll administration, onboarding/offboarding, training) and contribute to improving recruitment and HR processes.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection (in-house or agency).
• Experience recruiting across blue-collar, white-collar and C-level profiles.
• Experience with international recruitment across several countries and sites, including running a company stand at job fairs or career days.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies and headhunters.
• Knowledge of French employment law and employment statuses; international employment legislation is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English.
