Social Relations Manager (H/F)

About the role

Ayvens, a French holding company active in sustainable mobility, is looking for a Social Relations Manager (H/F) based in Paris. The role acts as the legal reference for the holding and its subsidiaries, covering individual and collective labour law and social relations.

Key responsibilities

• Legal monitoring: follow legislative, regulatory and case-law developments in labour law and advise managers and HR teams on compliance
• Check internal procedures against legal changes and recommend and support their update
• Manage individual cases, disciplinary files, disputes and terminations, and coordinate with external lawyers
• Prepare collective agreements and meetings with employee representatives, and support HR change projects
• Contribute to professional elections, DUERP and BDESE projects, and handle the social aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and reorganisations

Required profile

• Masters degree in Labour Law or admission to the CRFPA, with at least 8 years of experience in a company of similar size
• Experience in a law firm is a major advantage
• Rigorous, reliable, analytical, with strong writing skills and good interpersonal abilities
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential
