Internship - Social Sustainability (Mental Health & Disability)

About the role

Air Liquide is recruiting an intern for its Employee Care team within the Group Human Resources department, based in Paris. The intern supports the global deployment of mental health and disability at work programmes and implements the associated Target Operating Model, preparing and rolling out the roadmap according to defined strategic directions.

Key responsibilities

• Resource management: inventory and harmonise existing resources and tools (guides, best practices, awareness materials) across the Group, and help create the centralised platform
• Action plans: contribute to defining and tracking the 2027 global roadmap, co-facilitate the Core Team's governance and roll out the action plan to local sponsors
• HR and manager support: develop a communication kit and foster adoption of the tools among HR teams and managers
• Benchmarking: carry out regular external benchmarking on accessibility, support for severe illness/cancer, job retention and mental health
• Performance monitoring: oversee the rollout of the mental health solution, track progress dashboards and KPIs such as employee engagement metrics

Required profile

• HR Master's degree, final-year business school graduate or Sciences Po graduate; open to career changers
• English and French speaking, in an international environment
• Autonomy, efficiency and proactivity, with strong written, oral and visual communication skills
• Sensitivity to mental health at work and disability inclusion
