Store Manager – Full-time (35h) – Beaugrenelle, Paris

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead its Beaugrenelle location in Paris. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and inspiring a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profit and loss targets by implementing sell‑out strategies.
• Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Control costs, oversee stock management, payroll, administration and staff rotas.
• Monitor KPIs, generate reports and communicate action plans to the District Manager.
• Analyse commercial data and take corrective actions to meet performance goals.
• Conduct team trainings, share product knowledge and recruit high‑calibre staff.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience managing a retail team and developing talent.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and controlling costs in a fast‑moving store.
• Good understanding of HR policies and store‑level administrative duties.
