About the role

NXP's Advanced Power Systems team in Toulouse seeks a final‑year engineering student for a 6‑month internship to support manual and automated validation of analog mixed‑signal Power Management ICs.

Key responsibilities

Develop hardware test boards using Cadence tools.
Program test interfaces and automation scripts in Python.
Perform parametric and functional measurements on bench equipment.
Apply AI tools to improve throughput and analysis.
Coordinate with development leads and project teams.

Required profile

Master’s level (Bac+5) in electronics or microelectronics.
Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit fundamentals.
Experience with electrical measurement techniques.
Good teamwork, structured methodology, and analytical mindset.
Proficient English for an international environment.

Required skills

Python programming.
Cadence PCB design tools.
