Principal Program Manager

About the role

As a Principal Program Manager you will lead complex semiconductor programs through the full New Product Introduction lifecycle, from concept to production release, ensuring delivery on time, quality and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams (R&D, Operations, Marketing, Product Definition, Quality) to deliver programs aligned with customer and business objectives.
• Define, plan and execute program roadmaps, manage milestones, deliverables and resource allocation.
• Own end‑to‑end program execution, from concept definition through industrialisation and production ramp‑up.
• Identify risks early, create mitigation plans and communicate transparently with stakeholders.
• Manage program budget, schedule and performance to meet margin, cost and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program or project management within the semiconductor industry, preferably in New Product Development/NPI.
• Strong ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programs in an international, matrix environment.
• Solid understanding of IC development flows (design, validation, industrialisation).
• High ownership, accountability and resilience in a fast‑paced setting.
