Principal Program Manager – Semiconductor NPI

About the role

The Principal Program Manager leads complex semiconductor programs from concept through production release, ensuring delivery on time, quality, and cost. This position focuses on high‑growth electrification markets such as 48 V platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams (R&D, Operations, Marketing, Product Definition, Quality) to meet customer and business objectives.
• Define, plan and execute program road‑maps, milestones, deliverables and resource allocation.
• Own end‑to‑end program delivery from concept definition to industrialisation and production ramp‑up.
• Identify risks early, create mitigation plans and communicate transparently with stakeholders.
• Manage program budget, schedule and performance against margin, cost and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program or project management within the semiconductor industry, preferably New Product Development/NPI.
• Strong ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programs in an international, matrix environment.
• High ownership, accountability and resilience in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluent English communication and leadership skills.
