Solutions Architect

About the role

Scaleway is looking for a Solutions Architect to join its growing pre‑sales team. You will act as the primary technical contact for prospects, guiding them through the design of scalable, cloud‑native architectures and ensuring successful adoption of Scaleway’s portfolio of cloud and AI services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical liaison for prospects and customers during the early stages of their journey.
• Co‑create technical presentations, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts together with sales and product teams.
• Help customers design cloud architectures using Scaleway solutions and resolve technical challenges to accelerate deal closure.
• Deliver clear, compelling value propositions tailored to both technical and executive audiences.
• Conduct deep‑dive architecture reviews and collect feedback for Product and Engineering.
• Stay up‑to‑date on public cloud trends, competitor offerings, and share knowledge internally.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in cloud architecture or technical pre‑sales roles.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable cloud solutions.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working in a collaborative, international environment.
