Implementation Consultant – Commercial (Remote or Onsite)

About the role

As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our commercial implementation projects of Vault CRM and connected products. You'll work directly with top pharma organizations, designing and building solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Veeva Solutions: Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementation or migration projects, taking on roles such as configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect or project manager.
• Configure and customize Vault CRM to meet specific client needs.
• Lead client engagements, including workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions, guiding clients from design to delivery.
• Provide expert advisory, optimizing business processes and translating complex requirements into scalable solution designs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage customer‑facing activities and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Veeva or Salesforce.com certification and implementation experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer health or adjacent industries.
• Experience on global‑scope projects or with international teams.
• Familiarity with software from other vendors such as IQVIA, SAP, CVENT.
• Additional European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) is a plus.
