Software Engineer Internship – Full-Stack Development

About the role

TwoWay is looking for a motivated Software Engineer Intern to join its fast‑moving team building critical tools for investment‑bank traders. You will work on real features, contribute to core product decisions, and see your code shipped to production.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve core features of the web application, covering both backend logic and frontend UI.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of new components and APIs.
• Collaborate with product designers and senior engineers to translate user needs into clean, maintainable code.
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.
• Investigate and fix bugs in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Learn best practices in software development, DevOps, and product iteration within a startup setting.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic learner eager to work in high‑stakes, high‑impact environments.
• Comfortable working across the stack and interested in modern web frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior engineers, designers, and founders.
• Open‑minded, curious, and committed to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• SvelteKit (frontend framework)
• NestJS or Node.js (backend frameworks)
